Throbbe is at mailto:throbbeuk@hotmail.com and is in the Cambridge / Huntingdon area. He is still on his first Scirocco, a fairly tidy 8v GTX with 130k miles on the clock. Mostly standard, apart from a new set of wheels, an Audi throttle body, air filter and most importantly, uprated brakes. As time and money allow he hopes to make some more subtle improvements to what is already a great car - G60 brakes, new interior and a respray. Once that's done subtlety goes out of the window and a G60 or VR6 engine is on the cards

Mark is from Plymouth in the South West, his only e-mail is a work one and not freely available. He has a white 88 GTX which he is in the process of restoring/customizing, but it's still a daily drive (if a bit noisey with his virtually non existant air box!! - a mod he strongly supports. The car is currently at 108,000 and still going strong. He bought the car last year after having had it on his wish list since his early teens. He managed to land a new job where someone was selling the car right when he started. He must live a charmed life.
